It is in need of repair and improvement to extend its design life, keep Oldham Way open, and maintain the resilience and efficiency of the existing highway network. The Council sought to procure professional design consultancy services to commence design development for the scheme using the Crown Commercial Services Framework: ### Construction Professional Services - RM6165 - Lot 1 Built Environment and General Infrastructure The procurement process was managed through the Council's e-tendering system The Chest.
