This focuses on non-domestic ratepayers. We are seeking an external Delivery Partner to support us through the transition from Alpha to Beta, including on leading on Beta structure design, and plan. The Partner must have a proven, substantial track-record of high-profile agile delivery and experience of supporting Government to deploy complex transformation programmes.
