The aim of this service will be to work with the child/young person to enable them to work towards their individual objectives (outlined in their care plan) and aim to reduce the level of one to one support require; to enable them to access group-based provision. Short Break Services are an essential part of a continuum of support for parent/ carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
