The works involve extension to the existing 'Header House' building and minor refurbishment and external works to same, demolition/ dismantling of several outbuildings, access road and path works and some landscaping. The works will be procured on a design & build basis using the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016. ### REQUIREMENTS FOR TENDERING Prospective tenderers must note the following. Tenders will not be considered from suppliers who fail to meet any of the following requirements: - An annual turnover of £3m or more - Previous experience as principal contractor and as designer under the CDM Regulations 2015 - A Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001 - An Environmental Management System certified to ISO 14001 - In possession of (or able to obtain) professional indemnity insurance cover of not less than £1m - Acceptance of the JCT DB 2016 terms & conditions as the basis of any subsequent contract - Have participated in a site visit.
