The framework is split into three lots. - Lot 1 Ex Works (Collected from Suppliers Depot) - Lot 2 Supply of Hotbox and Material at Highway Maintenance Depot, 15 Stores Road, Derby ### DE21 4BD - Lot 3 Material delivered to other locations within the Derbyshire area. The initial Framework Agreement period is 2 years; the Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 24th February 2023 and expire 23rd February 2025. There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for 2 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum Framework Agreement period is 4 years There is a maximum budget of £1,200,000 per year of the Framework Agreement. Please note that this is an indicative value based on previous spend and is not a guarantee through this framework.
