There are two key objectives with these measures: - To provide tenants with information about how well their landlord is performing - Letting the Housing Regulator know which landlord is failing or performing well. In light of the above, Kingston Council is seeking to procure the services of an independent consultancy to undertake TSM (Tenant Satisfaction Measures) surveys for its 4,000 General Needs Residents, 1,500 leaseholders and 1,000 temporary accommodation residents. This will allow the Council to obtain data/information relating to their perceptions of the Housing Services that they receive.
