Void properties means that those people requiring a property are possibly in unsuitable accommodation and it is one of the key priorities of the Council is to always make the maximum number of suitable properties available. The Council is looking appoint a number of contractors, most likely two to a framework for the allocation of work during this excessively busy period of requirement. This contract will be for a period of one year.
