This contract provides JCCC with upgraded equipment and maintenance cover until Defence Digital's ACD equipment meets JCCC's requirements. The current ACD system that supports the operational capability of the DBS JCCC is now 16 years old and operating on obsolescent hardware with no resilience for its call recording function.
