The call off agreement in accordance with the direct award provisions of the Northamptonshire Police ICT VAR Framework Agreement (Reference Number CN100220(2-9), OJEU Reference 2019/S 193-469706). This call off agreement has been concluded to have business continuity for services on account of pressing delivery timelines.
