Winning supplier(s) will provide the resources necessary to plan, procure and deliver construction works as instructed by LLA to enable the delivery of a portfolio of major and minor projects over the next 5 years. The contract will be a ?0 value framework for a period of 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 years. The portfolio of major and minor projects scope has been split in to two separate Lots; o Lot 1 - Project Management o Lot 2 - Retail Fit Out. Bidders may submit pricing for either or both lots.
