The Brigade are now looking to invest into a Community Volunteer scheme which fully supports the Brigade's People Plan and adds capacity to the establishment, enabling skilled and trained members of the workforce to deliver activities that reduce a higher level of risk while volunteers are utilised to reduce lower levels of risk throughout communities.
