The form of Contract will be JCT 2016 MTC and will run for an initial 2-year period with a possible further two 1-year extensions. The current workload includes approximately 300 blocks of flats of various sizes ranging from maisonettes to four storey blocks with multiple units requiring remedials. ### Across the 2 areas there are - Lot 1 South, including but not limited to Exeter, Truro, Plymouth, Taunton, Yeovil 32 blocks requiring full inspection to assess the extent of the works. 89 blocks requiring partial inspection. 141 blocks requiring remedial works. - Lot 2 North including but not limited to Weston Super mare, Bristol, Bath, Swindon, 85 blocks requiring full inspection to assess the extent of the works. 75 blocks requiring partial inspection. 32 blocks requiring remedial works. Inspections have begun on these blocks. The successful tenderer will attend the remaining inspections.
