The Contractor will be required to carry out 3,6,9 and 12 monthly inspections of various mechanical and electrical plant, undertake servicing in accordance with recommendations and carry out any maintenance and repairs required. The Contractor will also be required to provide a call out service in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
