The service is to provide an asbestos consultancy service for Oxfordshire County Council (OCC). The service is required to ensure that the council understands the current condition of asbestos in its portfolio to mitigate risk, comply with current asbestos regulations and to support future programmes of works to ensure that the buildings are suitable for future operational activity, including Ongoing management of the portfolio in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 R&D surveys for Minor Works programmes, e.g. refurbishment of boiler rooms, flat roofing, carbon reduction projects R&D surveys for Major Projects, e.g. extensions to existing buildings ### Asbestos management surveys associated with acquisitions The proposal is to engage with one contractor to deliver this service.
