The main access road and route to the disabled bays will be widened and resurfaced with bituminous materials. A foot way using bituminous materials will run the through the Car Park to give pedestrian access to and from all access points. Demolition works and site clearance are required. The successful Tenderer will have to demonstrate that they have undertaken works of a similar nature.
