This breaks down into four broad areas. - Tank cleaning - Bilge cleaning - System flushing and cleaning - Waste disposal arising from above There may be other aspects added when the final RFP document is produced and shared with the selected suppliers. Specifications for all the above will be provided as part of the RFP document. Due to the secure nature of the work it is a requirement that all the suppliers staff have BPSS (baseline security clearance) which they will be responsible for obtaining. BAE are responsible for sponsoring applications for Security Clearance which is required to work on vessels in the Royal Navy's care and custody.
