The contracted supplier will be required to supply, install, support, and maintain equipment for customer self-service terminals using RFID technologies and provide on-going support and management services associated with the up-keep of both the kiosks and software. The Council conducted this procurement using a further competition procedure via the ESPO Framework (350\_19 Library Solutions and Systems), under Lot 1a (Library RFID Solutions).
