As part of the commissioning process the Authority is undertaking a soft market test and online market engagement event. Further to initial soft market testing commissioners have proposed a potential model for this service going forward. This gives potential Tenderers and other stakeholders the opportunity to express their interests and feed in their views about the potential model and specification principles. The commissioners will use the information to appraise options and further develop the specification. This process does not constitute a formal Tender or other competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. The Authority is using this process solely to test the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this. ### Soft Market Test To participate in this Soft Market Testing organisations that may be interested must complete a Soft Market Testing questionnaire. The questionnaire can be found by copying and pasting the below web link into your web browser. This completed questionnaire must be returned electronically by email before or no later than 14 00 hours on 30 05 2023 to the email address stated in the questionnaire with the subject heading Completed SMT Q Home Care. ### Market Engagement Event Further to this soft market test the commissioners of this project are keen to hold an Online Market Engagement Event on Wednesday 31st May 2023 commencing at 10 00 am and is anticipated to end at 12 00 pm. The event will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. To book a place at this event please complete Question 11 of the Soft Market Testing Questionnaire as part of your completed questionnaire and return electronically by email before or no later than 14 00 hours on 30 05 2023 to the email address stated in the questionnaire with the subject heading Completed SMT Q Home Care. ### OR To book a place at this event without participating in the soft market testing please complete the online market engagement event booking form and return electronically by email by no later than 14 00 hours on 30 05 2023 to the email address stated on the form. The booking form can be found by copying and pasting the below web link into your web browser. It is anticipated this event will include addressing questions raised in the Soft Market Test therefore please come prepared to discuss these topics further.
