Accordingly the University is seeking competitive Tenders from suitably qualified contractors in response to this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") with a view to awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the service and maintenance of a range of small and medium size vapour compression chillers and awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the service and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning and process cooling equipment. The term of the Contract shall be fixed and for a period of Four (4) years with options to extend for two (2) further periods of two (2) years.
