The Authority is looking to appoint experienced, knowledgeable Suppliers to the framework who are able to deliver best value across a wide range of software products. The Authority intends to create a framework agreement with three awarded suppliers. Suppliers will not be ranked and, where required, will be invited to participate in each further competition exercise. The Authority anticipates the full contract value to be in the region of 15 million - 30 million. This is an estimated value based on spend data for software services and includes some contingency to allow for changes in our requirements.
