The Talent and OD (organisational development) team consist of a Learning and Development (L&D) partner, three Talent (recruitment) partners and two Recruitment & Onboarding advisers. This role will support the team in an administration capacity. Requirement: As Business Support the successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Talent & OD team with administrative support. They will perform a range of support service tasks and will have opportunities to develop their skills. They will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and oversight from colleagues. They will also be able to communicate and engage with a range of stakeholders.
