The 'what, when and how' of the contract will be dependent partly on when incidents take place and how to efficiently conduct meaningful research with customers who have experienced those incidents. The contract is for qualitative and/or quantitative research with people who have experienced water and/or wastewater incidents in their homes or gardens.
