The requirement is for a core contract for 3 years with the possibility of a 1 year extension. The requirement consolidates all of its cleaning requirements for offices, libraries, historical buildings such as a museum and castle, leisure facilities, pre-school, restaurant and catering facilities, special education needs school, bus station, and enterprise park.
