Whilst we expect these to primarily be emergency repair related they will not be restricted to this . Other calls you will likely receive and be expected to handle may include different types of emergencies as well as reports of antisocial behaviour and those requiring sign posting to other agencies for example. The out of hours call handling service should be available between 7.00pm and 8.00am on weekdays and 24 hours at weekends and on Bank Holidays. All calls will be handled in accordance with our out of hours procedures. Additional information: Further information can be found once you have registered/ expressed interest via the In-tend portal. Clarifications/ requests for further information must be sent via the In-tend supplier portal correspondence linked to the tender. No other forms of correspondence will be accepted.
