The screens will be visible to the public from the outside of the building. The screens will be a communication tool displaying information from the Council to the residents (public). The contract period will be 4 months to supply and install the project as per specifications. This initial fixed period to be followed by ongoing support with reactive maintenance service for a period of 5 years with option to extend for further period and/or periods subject to performance and budget for up to a 10 year period.
