The works carried out will include the raking out of the pointing to all elevations and mechanically repoint, renewing sealant joint around openings in brickwork, renewing all defective lintels, renewing defective wall ties and associated works. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st September 2022 and will continue for a period of 12 weeks (with any agreed extension/s) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
