This is a mini-tender using the General Building Framework Lot 1. The works are to be commenced and completed within 6 weeks of the agreed commencement date. The actual commencement date and date for completion are to be agreed prior to letting the contract in consultation with Alliance Homes and North Somerset Council Housing Department. It is Alliance Homes expectation that works will commence no later than 1st June 2022.
