In considering any prospective procurement, this will help the Department to assess the delivery model and the various operational, commercial and policy levers available through the market for sales of excess (surplus) stock. We anticipate the value being between £3 million and £10 million. To support DHSC in producing the procurement documentation, including the specification, potential suppliers are invited to attend an engagement event on Friday 19th August 2022 from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. This will be an online event, delivered through MS Teams, and suppliers can register their details by emailing Stuart Merritt at .
