One Contractor shall cover the North of the Borough (Zone A) and the other shall cover the South of the Borough (Zone B). This contract will predominantly deliver improvements to the Employer's Housing Properties by carrying out Asbestos removals and Ancillary Licensed scaffolding in accordance with the Working at Height Regulations 2005 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
