A Project Manager role was identified by PPSE in the early resource plans and the Strategy and Delivery Consultant is seeking support to continue what he started with the PMO and establishing its working structure. Sisua is a company who's MD set up the same procedures 13 years ago which the S&D consultant still uses and has used at over 10 public sector organisations.
