This working group comprises staff from different minority ethnic backgrounds who are either members of the professional services or academics. Work to date has been conducted in sub-groups focusing on the following areas: (i) recruitment and selection procedures; (ii) staff development and training; (iii) promotion policies and practices; and (iv) harassment, bullying and discrimination amongst staff. The focus of the external consultancy will be on area (iv).
