Together Housing Association provide a comprehensive range of support services which affect over 40,000 people's lives over a huge geographical area in the North of England. We also provide supported housing and extra care schemes. These support residents who are looking to maintain their independence in a comfortable, safe, and sociable environment. To support the Together Housing Group to maintain its stock we are looking to appoint a structural engineering practice to undertake structural surveys, produce reports, produce schedule of work for tender, supervising works on site and act as Principle Designer. ### Reports are required to provide alternative recommendations 1- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to last up to 5 years. 2- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to last up to 15 years. 3- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to permanently.
