The Child Death Review Partners are Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council, Cornwall Council, Isles of Scilly Council, NHS Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). In accordance with the Child Death Review Guidance (2018), these Partners have come together to agree that their areas should be treated as one area for the purpose of reviewing child deaths.
