To plane off the existing car park surface sufficient to excavate all areas and re instate with an asphalt base course. Apply a mechanical spray coat of bituminous bonding agent to existing surface. Using a road paving machine lay a heavy duty industrial SMA asphalt surface course, laid to a thickness of 40mm, roll and compact.
