To Council properties in the Borough of Sandwell. The various floor finishes are covered in the Schedule of Rates and the work can be of either a planned or reactive nature. The tenderers' attention is specifically drawn to the fact that a proportion of properties will be occupied throughout the period of the contract with some properties being void.
