BAE had provided confirmation of their IPR position which support DES release, but warned the Authority that some DES's may include Third Party IP. With no explicit released caveats placed within the DES's, if you believe your company has IP contained within specific documents and you wish the Authority to not to expose through GRIFFIN, you are requested to inform the Authority of your objection, with a reason for retention, by the 13 Jan 2023. The GRIFFIN Database is an Authority controlled (through CDSA IA via the SEA NSIPs contract) computer-based repository which contains interface/linking documentation and configuration information for a multitude of RN platforms. GRIFFIN can only be accessed by those who hold an account for the system. Authority approved suppliers and MOD staff are able to view all documents pertinent for design, integration and configuration control purposes. ## CPV classification Repair and maintenance services of warships Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/e680be78-7659-4c06-9917-e8d19f2a249a) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
