The required service will comprise of scheduled routine maintenance and responsive call outs and repairs. The term of the contracts is 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years beginning on 1st April 2022. This procurement has been divided down into the following Lots: - Lot 1 will include the servicing and maintenance of Platform lifts to Public Buildings and Schools within the City of Southend-on-Sea under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot however, tenderers may apply for more than one Lot. - Lot 2 will include a fully comprehensive servicing and maintenance provision for Hydraulic and Traction Passenger Lifts in Public Buildings within the City of Southend-on-Sea under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot however, tenderers may apply for more than one Lot.
