To support this ambition, the Council is delivering a Housing Led Scheme to enable five rough sleepers with higher support needs to come off the street into self-contained accommodation for a period of up to two years. The Council is seeking a provider to deliver the specialist support service which is integral to the Housing Led Scheme, ensuring that the scheme residents sustain their accommodation and develop with their support worker a clear pathway to settled accommodation.)
