There is a requirement to upgrade the current Salesforce platform from the Classic Version to Lightning and ensure all existing processes continue to operate with no breaks, downtime or operational impacts. In addition, there is a requirement to implement effective governance, Centre of Excellence and improve the DevOps up to the standards required to effectively manage this platform. To support the above objective and additional requirements, an FCA Salesforce 2.0 LiteStart Roadmap with associated documentation has been created. This document covers the above objective under the Brilliant Basics section, plus and additional item to formally migrate the users over to Lightning.
