The Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership Limited (GBSLEP) was established in 2010 as a partnership of business, public sector and further and higher education leaders. As a collaborative partnership, we work for the benefit of everyone who lives and works in the GBSLEP area. This collaborative and business focused approach enables us to target interventions for maximum benefit to the local economy. Covering key policy areas of Health Technologies and Life Sciences; Creative Industries; Low Carbon and Energy Technology; Advanced Manufacturing: Food and Drink and Business, Professional and Financial Services we select projects which offer value for public money for receipt of grant funding and as such employ highly skilled staff governed by public sector requirements.
