It will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) and used as a tool by planners to evaluate pre-application proposals and to promote Gravesham's expectations around quality and sustainability for regeneration and development sites across the borough. "Design for Gravesham" will be a policy document that is made to be used and one which proudly promotes Gravesham's expectations for community and place led regeneration and development.
