The scope of works will include some or all of the following to a minimum of 15 houses but this may increase to 30. Removal of existing oil tanks and heating system and replace with new air source heating system. ### Replacement of doors and windows Replacement of selected kitchens and bathrooms Installation of cavity wall insulation ### Replacement of CCU's Replacement floor coverings ### Full internal redecoration All works will be carried out within void properties.
