The engagement exercise by NHS Devon will inform the development of the ICBs approach to improving the delivery of services of Complex Personal and Nursing care for Adults, Children and Young People The purpose of the service is to support and enable Adults, Children and Young People with complex physical needs to remain in their own home, and return home following an admission in hospital, living as safely and independently as possible. If you would like to book a place at this event, please complete the attendance form included in this notice and return to Mark Harding via e-mail at by 17:00 on Friday 4th November 2022. Please insert 'Market Engagement Event for All Ages Complex Care Services' in the subject line of the email. If you are unable to download the form please email and a form will be forwarded to you. An agenda will be made available to interested providers at a later date.
