The contract will include the preparation and submission of a planning application for all required items as outlined in this specification. The planning application will be determined by the Development Management Section following submission of the tender documentation. The Council is procuring, under a separate contract, a wheeled sports facility. These works will be undertaken at the same time as the main works and the successful applicant for this tender will be appointed to act as the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, herein after referred to as 'CDM Regs'.
