The M25 DBFO Contract the largest road PFI (Private Finance Initiative) in Europe and the A249 DBFO. National Highways are looking to appoint Consultants to provide services to assist the Department's Nominee \[DN\] in the execution of its duties in respect of both the M25 and the A249 DBFO (PFI) Contracts. These services will focus primarily on providing contractual compliance checks and contractual advice. Other services may need to be provided on an adhoc basis, as and when instructed by the DN.
