Tyne and Wear Building Preservation Trust is a small charity that has recently bought a vacant building that needs to be restored before re-use, The works will be part funded by the Hexham High Streets Heritage Action Zone that includes funding from Historic England and Northumberland County Council. A Schedule of Works has been prepared and will be released to upto 6 parties who meet the quality criteria.
