The successful tenderer is required to survey the fire door and report on any required works to bring the door to the required standard providing a categorisation of priorities 1, 2 or 3 for each door with priority 1 being urgent work up to 8 months, priority 2 being mid term up to 9 to 23 months and priority 3 being long term work over 24 months.
