This will be supplemented with initial insight designed to validate the statement that 'customers find DHS confusing', and isolate the cause of potential confusion i.e. DHS as a product, or the change between DHS and other operating regimes, such as All Lane Running and Dual 3 Lane Motorway. This work shall also make a recommendation on the next steps of work to meet this commitment; expected to be simulator trials, and additional insight based on the initial findings from this phase of work.
