In order to deliver training in a blended manner and facilitate self-directed revision, a huge amount of content is hosted online via the Defence Learning Environment (DLE). Currently the school is reliant on student hardware, which is of varying availability and quality. To ensure this parity and access across the ITC, enough systems should be procured to meet the Recruitment Allocation Plan (RAP) at any given time, with some added to generate a reserve.
