It should be noted that the KGH estate consists of Redetec fire suppression units. It is a requirement that the Contractor for the services evidence their ability to install, maintain and repair these products. The contract, subject to satisfactory performance will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by up to 24 months in 2 x 12 month intervals, by mutual agreement.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
